The Enchant-A-Rama Water Co-Op is an area of homes and home sites in the upper Brazos Canyon.  The cooperative was formed in 1977 in order to provide good clean sustainable water to the members .  We are governed by protective covenants and by-laws of the EAR Subdivision.   These covenants and by-laws have been established to clearly spell out our function and limits of responsibility.
